Governance

Intended to operate as a high performance, resilient and market-led infrastructure, ETS Connect UK will be subject to exceptionally robust governance measures.

Our best-in-class governance ensures 1) independence, 2) transparency, 3) efficiency and 4) a strong framework around prevention of conflicts of interest, including third-party assurance.

ETS Connect UK will have an independent Board, including three non-executive directors drawn from industry and an independent Chair.

In addition to the Board, ETS Connect UK will appoint an independent Consultative Committee, the membership of which will be drawn from industry. The Consultative Committee will provide a forum for the industry to provide advice and feedback on the operations of ETS Connect UK. The Consultative Committee will be chaired by an independent Non-Executive Director of ETS Connect UK.

ETS Connect UK is the trading name of Etrading Software (UK Bond CTP) Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Etrading Software Ltd. The Etrading Software group provides the key technology and operations of ETS Connect UK.
