User Access
ETS Connect UK disseminates post-trade bond data from contributors, which is validated, consolidated and enriched with timestamps and a data quality indicator before disseminating to users and redistributors.
The provided materials are intended to assist users with early visibility of the technical, legal and commercial framework governing access to UK bond CT data.

Output Formats
UK bond CT data will be made available using presentation methods that support both machine and human readability, as close to real time as technically possible. To accommodate different types of users, the data will be disseminated in Non-Display and Display formats, including:
Non-Display Data:

- A Comma-Separated Values (CSV) format.
Display Data:

- A graphical user interface (GUI) to allow for straightforward human interpretation.
User API
ETS Connect UK strongly supports open standards for connectivity that are aligned with established industry practices. We reject the use of optional proprietary APIs and propose to exclusively adopt the FIX Trading Community’s Recommended Practices for the UK Bond Consolidated Tape as our sole API.
We will confirm our final API rules on 31 March 2026, following a review of our proposal by the ETS Connect UK Consultative Committee.
The User Rules of Engagement (RoE) will also be published before the start of user onboarding which will further explain the permitted use of the data and how to use the API.
User Contract
The draft User Contracts and draft Order Form reflect the licensing and legal framework. There is a separate draft User Contract for each licence type. The draft Fee Schedule outlines the licence fees for individual users and enterprises.
Final versions of these documents will be published before the start of user onboarding.
