Applications open for membership to UK bond Consolidated Tape Consultative Committee
ETS Connect UK, provider of the UK bond Consolidated Tape (CT), today announced the launch of its Consultative Committee, inviting applications from across the market. This marks a major milestone in the development of the UK bond CT, ensuring industry expertise is formally embedded into the design and evolution of this critical piece of market infrastructure.
Designed as an independent source of expertise, the Consultative Committee will play a central role in helping ensure the UK bond CT delivers high-quality and comprehensive data for all market participants.
The Committee will comprise up to 20 members, selected via an open application process on the basis of industry experience, seniority, and capacity to contribute effectively. The goal is to secure balanced representation across the UK bond CT ecosystem, including users, data contributors, vendors, and academics. The Committee will advise ETS Connect UK, the subsidiary of Etrading Software responsible for operating the UK bond CT.
The creation of the Consultative Committee is a vital step in ensuring the UK bond Consolidated Tape is shaped with meaningful input from across the market. The success of the CT depends on collaboration, and this forum will provide a direct channel for stakeholders who both contribute to, and rely on, the data it provides.

The timeline for the Consultative Committee formation is as follows:
- 16 December 2025: Call for participation opens
- 16 January 2026: Application window closes
- 16 February 2026: Announcement of the Consultative Committee’s members
- 10 March 2026: First meeting of the Consultative Committee
