ETS Connect UK’s Accredited Partner (AP) programme launches in January 2027, creating an open ecosystem for integrated support services alongside the UK bond CT.
Designed to support market participants of all sizes, the programme enables accredited commercial providers to deliver value-added operational, technical and client support services tailored to different user requirements.
The AP programme provides firms with greater flexibility, extended service coverage and access to specialist expertise, while maintaining the neutrality and integrity of the core market infrastructure.
ETS Connect UK will provide 24/5 out-of-hours support through 2026 to support the transition to the AP programme launch.
The draft agreement principles outline the standards organisations will need to meet to become accredited and details the level of support they will be able to provide to market participant. They are also intended to ensure that the programme operates on an open, objective and proportionate basis, aligned with broader regulatory principles of transparency, competition and market accessibility. The draft Accredited Partner Agreement is based on the draft agreement principles.
The draft technical specifications outline the technical interfaces and infrastructure for organisations joining the AP programme and should be read alongside the draft agreement principles and draft Accredited Partner Agreement.
