User Types User Data Licence Types Annual Fees 2026-2027 Enterprise Users Redistributors Retail UsersBelow is an overview of the ETS Connect UK user licence types, and the associated Year 1 annual fees for accessing data and support services in the production environment from 22 June 2026.

1 Enterprise tiering is based on annual revenue of the organisation.
2 Fees only applicable if user does not have an existing data licence.
3 24/5 Support will be provided by ETS Connect UK free of charge until 4 January 2027. Following this, Accredited Partners will provide support solutions in line with ETS Connect UK’s Accredited Partner programme. To continue to receive Out of Hours support from this date, Users must sign a contract with an Accredited Partner.
4 All available distribution technologies relevant to the User Type are included in the licence fee.
