Redistributor agreement requires pass-through terms to end-users
Firms must redistribute data to end-users via the same licence type as received from the CTP
Enterprise licence also required to use CT data internally
Enterprise licence also required if CT data is modified for redistribution
End-User Information and Data Fees
No fixed fee payable by Redistributors (who don’t use the data internally or modify for redistribution)
No user fees payable if an end-user already has an existing data licence
Before enabling an end-user, Redistributor must pay ETS Connect UK the applicable user fees (the amount equivalent to that which the user would have paid had they contracted directly)
Note: Redistributor is free to determine the data fees it onward charges its end-users
Redistributor must send information to ETS Connect UK about end-users at least 7 business days before CT data is provided, using the template below
ETS Connect Support will determine the fees payable and send the Redistributor a request for payment
