This paragraph applies to all licensees of ETS Connect UK receiving the service and/or data under an Enterprise Licence. Under the terms of your licence, you may not make the data (or any element of it) available to any third party. However, ETS Connect UK confirms that Enterprise Licensees may share de minimis extracts of data (i.e., a small number of individual data points) with third parties on an ad hoc basis, provided that such sharing is:
non-programmatic (i.e., is effected manually and not by any automated process); and
in a non-computer-readable format (i.e., a format that cannot be readily parsed or ingested by the recipient’s computer systems – such as verbal communication, printed hardcopy, or a screenshot/image).
